For reasons of safety and hygiene, underwear, socks, and face mask are not eligible for refund or exchange.

The product must be returned in the same condition it was sent with original packaging. Vamp creases and bottom wear on shoes will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, simply request a return through our Return Portal!
We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility. So, just follow below instructions for an easy return. 😊

RETURN PROCESS
    • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
      *Return shipping should be started within 72 hours of submitting the return request/receiving the return label (failing of this may cause deduction of 10% from the full refund)

      - Final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged
      - Returned items much have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
      - Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

    • Visit our Return Portal for domestic returns & follow the steps
    • Once approved, you will receive an email with the label within 1 business day
    • Simply attach the label and drop off your package at USPS location/dropbox
    • Refund with label fee deduction will be processed within 1 to 3 days of receipt of your package, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been issued

    RETURN LABEL FEE
      • Return label fee will be deducted accordingly from your refund
      • Return label will be charged at USPS weighted rate

    *Final sale items cannot be returned
    *If returned product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, 30-50% of original price will be deducted from the refund

    EXCHANGE

    NEVERMINDALL US does not offer an exchange policy. If you wish to exchange, we suggest following the return policy and start a new order.
      
     

     

     
    REFUNDS

    TIMING FOR A REFUND
      • When we receive your package, we will process the refund within 7 business days and email you this transaction has taken place
      • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, hence if you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again

      REFUND FOR MY ORDER
        • Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment
        • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
        • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
        • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

          • Credit card: Refund your purchase amount to that same card
          • Reward Point: Credit equivalent points to your account
